These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TravelHuge website and services, operated by E-Product Zone Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our site, making an enquiry, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using TravelHuge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

TravelHuge is a travel platform offering custom holiday packages, flight and hotel assistance, and a marketplace of verified stays and property partners across India and beyond. We act as a facilitator between you and travel suppliers, and in some cases as a direct provider of curated packages.

3. Bookings & confirmations

• An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after full or agreed payment and a written/email confirmation from TravelHuge.
• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant supplier or property.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details. Errors may incur supplier charges.

4. Payments & pricing

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Applicable taxes and fees are shown before payment.
• Certain offers, EMI options and promotional rates are subject to specific conditions.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by package, supplier and property, and are disclosed at the time of booking. Where TravelHuge has incurred non-refundable supplier costs (e.g. airline tickets, advance hotel payments), these may be deducted from any refund. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6. Property & supplier partners

• Property and supplier partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their services, and compliance with applicable laws and licences.
• TravelHuge verifies partner details to the best of its ability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific level of bookings or income to partners.
• Commission rates and payout terms are governed by the separate Partnership Agreement signed with each partner.

7. User responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Do not attempt to circumvent TravelHuge to transact directly in a way that breaches agreed terms.
• Respect the property rules and local laws at your destination.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelHuge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts, omissions, delays or service failures of third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, transport providers or property owners). Travel involves inherent risks; we strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
